Winchester Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament
The Winchester Chamber of Commerce held its annual golf tourney on September 15th, 1998
at Plum Creek Golf Course. A great time was had by all. Numerous prizes were given on various holes throughout the course. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes were awarded for the best team score in the 4 person "best ball" event.
Organization was the key to a successful event.
The weather was great and shouts of elation were heard all over the course as teams sunk birdie or eagle putts.
Everyone was in top form.
Everyone seemed to have a good time.
Participants were served food after the round was over, a drawing was held for prizes donated by local businesses, and the winners received their awards.
Looking forward to next year.
